Hotels Without Parking Will Seal In Murree

After the Murree tragedy, which resulted in the deaths of at least 22 visitors, an inquiry commission has determined to close hotels that do not have parking facilities.

Following a visit to several locations throughout Murree, the investigation team made the decision to seal illegally constructed hotels, retail malls, and apartments, in addition to closing down any establishment that did not have a place for parking.

The panel declared that encroachments along the key roads leading to Murree are a major source of traffic jams in the hill station and suggested that a comprehensive operation be launched to clear the encroachments.

Today, the investigating team will take the statements of more people who were affected by the Murree tragedy.
