Adele recently previewed her new Christmas song Hold On as part of her 30 album wave. The commercial portrays a little girl travelling through a crowded subway station.
Her regular existence is shown in the ad before she stumbles into a nightclub.
“In other news, incidents of anxiousness in young adults are rising as experts warn of the pandemic’s effects on well-being,” Adele said shortly after.
A new Adele song played in the video with the words, “Every day seems like the road I’m on could open up and swallow me whole. Hold on, just hold on / I shall survive.”
