PTI leader Halim Adil Sheikh was released on Saturday after two months from the central prison in Karachi.
He was arrested on February 16 for interfering in an operation to break into Memon Goth in Karachi and for carrying a gun to a polling station during a by-election in Mali.
The sheikh was released after the Sindh High Court bailed him earlier this week. The court ordered him to provide two bails for Rs 0.2 million each.
The sheikh said he originally planned to visit four of his workers who are still in prison.
