Grenade Fired Into Girls’ School In North Waziristan During Class 12 Exam

The police reported on Monday that a grenade was thrown at a girls’ school in North Waziristan while class 12 being examined.

The law enforcement agency said no casualties were reported, and following the attack, police officers reached the location and began an inquiry.

Shafiulllah Gandapur, DPO North Waziristan stated suspected radicals created panic at the vacant security station above Haider Khel’s Government School.

‘This effort is underway to upset the status of law and order in the region […] and nobody here can disturb the peace,’ he added. The attack has not yet been investigated.

The DPO was hoping that he would soon receive “results.”

Malik Gul Saleh Jan, the tribal chief of Haider Khel, stated Government Females High School Haider Khel is Mirali Tehsil’s sole girls’ high school for girls from all over the world who have been educated.
