Google Tech Valley to Improve Karachi Schools

Tech Valley Pakistan is also working with Google for Education. With the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the government of Sindh and Tech Valley Pakistan. A national partner of Google for Education did agree to digitize schools in the Karachi area.

Thursday, Ghulam Akbar Laghari, secretary of the Sindh Education and also Literacy Department (SELD), and Umar Farooq, CEO of Tech Valley, signed the MoU.

According to the information we possess. Tech Valley is now in charge of putting Google digital learning platforms into educational institutions in order to greatly improve the quality of education for students.

Google Classroom is one such tool that allows teachers to talk to their students in real time. Give them access to course materials, assignments, and tests at the same time.

Tech Valley will also offer a variety of Computer Science (CS) classes to the tens of thousands of students and teachers in the province of Sindh. Google’s Computer Science First (CS First) and become Internet Awesome (Be Internet Awesome) programs will provide basic training to a total of 250 students and 100 teachers from five schools.

The Secretary of the Sindh Education and Literacy Department (SELD) spoke at the event. He praised Tech Valley and Google for leading the way to reform secondary education in Sindh. Asked other groups to join the effort. People in Sindh are thankful that Tech Valley and Google took the initiative to change the country’s education system. People it has praised Google’s plan to change the education system in Sindh.

Tech Valley’s CEO says that the MOU will bring digitalization to Karachi’s education system. Making learning for students there more interesting and also dynamic. This will directly lead to a higher standard of living for Karachi’s young people.
