President of the PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that on Thursday there may be general elections “at any time” in the country and requested that his group be prepared for any situation.
The PPP president, speaking at an event in Karachi, said in recent years that the Sindh administration has been competing with MQM-P and the Federal Government.
Bilawal added that the party is aiming to tackle Karachi’s problems, such as water shortcomings and waste disposal. “Only PPP could preserve Karachi.”
Bilawal said Karachi has another issue, namely garbage production. ‘No development work was undertaken in a few districts under the authority of MQM-P.’
The head of the PPP claimed that his party will repair the conditions of roads in the city before implementing a new transit system.
He claimed that “in Karachi, in the shape of the PTI, the new MQM is developing,” taking a step in the federal government and its ally.
