THE FIRST ANDROID SMARTPHONE WITH 20GB RAM IS NOW HERE

Late last month, ZTE officially presented the Axon 30 smartphone with 20GB RAM and which has equipped with an under-display camera. A similar camera technology has been used by ZTE on its second smartphone. In fact, ZTE smartphones are currently the only devices on the market that use under-display camera technology. The Axon 30 is the world’s first camera phone with a 400PPI display. It is also the world’s first 120Hz phone with a high refresh rate camera under the display. In addition to sub-screen camera technology, the ZTE Axon 30 also supports 20 GB of RAM.

The company innovatively expands its smartphone with 12 GB RAM by 8 GB to a total of 20 GB RAM. Compared to other smartphone manufacturers, ZTE’s memory fusion technology gets 3 GB more. As the first smartphone to adopt memory fusion technology, ZTE’s smartphone has a RAM capacity boost from 12GB to 20GB. A memory update has expected to be formally released by ZTE later today. This adds 8 GB of additional RAM for people who require it.

More Features of ZTE Axon 30

As it develops, more RAM and storage capacity has required. Currently we have smartphones with 512 GB of storage capacity without any problems, some are even up to 1 TB. We barely had more than 12 GB of RAM available, which is surprisingly “too little” for some users. To limit this situation, “Memory Fusion Technology” works by using some free ROM capacity for RAM operations. This makes the operation of the smartphone and applications smoother.

It has powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 SoC, one of the most popular CPUs on the market today. There has a 4200mAh battery packed within the smartphone, and it supports 55 W fast charging. In the camera department, the device sports a four-row matrix array with a 64 MP main camera. The starting price of this smartphone is 2198 yuan ($340).
