Pakistan has established a week long film festival in its pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020. A total of 11 films will present to audience on daily basis.
Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry recently visited Dubai.Whereas, he made the news regarding the Pakistan Film Festival while addressing at an event.
He said, “We will play 11 Pakistani films from Friday. He urged Pakistanis living in the United Arab Emirates to visit the Pakistani pavilion to view the films. The festival will continue till January 26, 2022 at Dubai Expo.”
He also stated that Pakistan is working to promote peace and stability in the area for the sake of prosperity. Moreover, Pakistanis are a peace-loving people who have always wished for harmonious ties with their neighbours.
He also expressed thanks to Pakistanis residing in the United Arab Emirates for their significant contribution. Overeseas have donated 31 billion dollars in remittances to the nation.
By concluding his speech, Federal Minister stated that Pakistanis living abroad are a valuable asset to the country. Moreover, Prime Minister Imran Khan always stands with them in the same manner that they stand with him.
