FIA Lahore conducted an operation on Friday with the assistance of the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) and the support of the District Administration and Capital City Police, Lahore, and reclaimed several evacuee trust properties valued at over Rs 1 billion from illegal occupants, according to a press release.
Following the removal of the illegal tenants from three commercial plazas in DHA Lahore, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) repossessed and sealed the properties: Plaza No. 62 DHA Phase-V, Plaza Y-Block DHA Phase-Ill, Plaza No. 63 DHA Phase-V, and House No. 499-XX DHA Lahore.
Additionally, according to the Federal Investigation Agency, the lessee of two residential properties in Block XX DHA Lahore paid Rs. 9 Million in defaulted rent on the spot in the form of Cheques in favor of Chairman ETPB and was not evicted.

Furthermore, unlawful occupiers of prime peri-urban ETPB lands in and around Gujranwala City were evicted from 200 Kanal of prime peri-urban ETPB lands.
It has been announced by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) that the eviction, sealing, and recovery operation will continue over the weekend.
