Ex-Disney star Kyle Massey skipped a second summons on Monday about a felony accusation of communicating with a child for immoral reasons in the state of Washington and is wanted by the police.
Attorney Lee Hutton of the 29-year old told TMZ that he had numerous times approached the court over the delayed appearance. He also informed the publication “that the misrepresentations brought before the court are worrisome,” that the Disney alum was not served.
Kyle Massey was sued for sending text messages, pictures, and videos to her phone in 2019, reportedly for a 13-year-old girl, even though the case was subsequently dismissed. The case for a felony, filed on 14 June in King County, derives from the charges laid out in 2019 proceedings, revealed PEOPLE.
At four years of age, the plaintiff stated that she met Massey at Universal Studios and remained in touch because she wanted to pursue an entertainment profession.
In November 2018 she told Massey about auditioning for her part in the House’s remake of Cory, and he was told that she was in the eighth grade during the following discussions.
According to the court file of June, between December 2018 and January 2019, Massey reportedly emailed her pornographic information knowing she was underage.
