South Korean rapper Suga, from the popular K-pop group BTS, has released a pre-release track called ‘People Pt. 2’ featuring soloist IU.
The track debuted in the Top 15 of Spotify’s Global Chart and swept the iTunes charts in over 80 countries. Here’s what you need to know:
- The song accumulated approximately 3,404,828 filtered streams on its first day of release and debuted at No. 11 on the chart. This marks IU’s first-ever song to debut in the Top 15 of the Global Top Songs Chart.
- ‘People Pt. 2’ is leading up to the third part of Suga’s Agust D series called ‘D-day,’ which is set to release on April 21st. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of this highly anticipated album.
