The Crime Directorate of Mumbai, Shilpa Shetty and the businessman’s residence in Juhu allegedly reached for raid on Monday following the extension of the detention by Raj Kundra to July 27, 2010.
Shilpa was at home, according to the daily report. The report says that during the raid, Raj Kundra was also brought home by the Crime Branch.
On 19 July, after booking under the IPC and IT Acts, Raj was arrested.

Police officers have reportedly confiscated Kundra’s mobile telephone and the content may need to be examined.
In addition, a News18 affirmed that in relation to his arrest, Raj Kundra moved to the Bombay High Court. The lawyer of the businessman seems to call his detention ‘illegal.’
