Covid-19 Postivity rate Karachi reached 42.14% in one day

According to the latest available data, Karachi has the highest positivity rate of Covid-19 cases, with 42.14 percent, followed by Muzaffarabad, with a 22.73 percent positivity rate in the last 24 hours.


The pandemic has seen an alarming increase in the number of cases reported across the country.

Rawalpindi has a positivity ratio of 20 percent, while Hyderabad has a positivity ratio of 18.62 percent, Peshawar has a positivity ratio of 19.04 percent, the federal capital Islamabad has a positivity ratio of 17.52 percent, Lahore has a positivity ratio of 14.35 percent, and Swabi has a positivity ratio of 10 percent.

According to health ministry sources, the ratio of the positive case in Faisalabad remained at 7.65 percent, in Bahawalpur it was 7.50 percent, and in Mardan, it was 9.62 percent.

According to the source, coronavirus cases were recorded in 4.76 percent of Gilgit and 8.24 percent of Mirpur.

In the last 24 hours, the city of Quetta in Balochistan had the highest positivity rate (8.10 percent).

The positive cases ratio in Nowshera remained at 6.40, Gujrat at 1.59, Multan at 3.50, Sargodha at 4.18 percent, Abbottabad at 4.75 percent, and zero percent in Bannu and Skardu just in one day, according to the latest available data.
