She shared on her Instagram story a tweet that has posted by a British journalist. It has mentioned that compassion has no boundaries, yet nothing has spoken by Bollywood about the flood calamity that occurred in Pakistan.
Mehwish Hayat said in an article that the quiet in Bollywood is very surprising. The problem does not care about anyone’s nationality, colour, or religion. This was in response to a tweet by the journalist.
The actress stated in her article that Bollywood actors and actresses are having a wonderful time. They can demonstrate that beyond nationalism and politics as well as they care about their fans in Pakistan.
She continued her writing by saying that we are at a loss. There are alot of well-known celebrities who have a huge number of fans in all countries. Therefore, one or two positive remarks from artists will not leave a negative impact.
