Prime Minister Imran Khan has warned government officials in Balochistan that tough action will be taken against them if they fail to attend official meetings in the public interest.
The warning was issued in a letter from the Prime Minister after complaints were received about it, according to an official statement on Saturday.
The complaint was formally filed by the governor of Balochistan, Amanullah Khan Yasinzai, in his report on the “Executive Unit of the Prime Minister” in the province, which he recently presented to Khan.

In the report, the governor complained to the prime minister that senior officials from the federal ministry were not attending official meetings, affecting the government’s work.
According to the report, the board of directors is inspected by employees of 17 federal departments in Balochistan.
According to the report, the provincial federal department received more than 11,000 public complaints, 90 percent of which have been resolved. It is said that about 37% of people are happy with this way of solving problems.
Meanwhile, on Pak Hahn’s instructions, the lights in the Prime Minister’s office were turned off for an hour on Saturdays to observe Earth Hour.
