Apple’s AR Glasses Might Be The Next Hot Thing

Apple is reportedly developing a number of headset-like devices for the future, according to reports on the internet. One of the speculated items is a pair of Apple’s augmented reality glasses, which could release soon. In the past, we’ve seen firms such as Google experiment with these types of glasses. And Snap itself sells something that is only vaguely comparable to the Snap Spectacles.

We’re sure that some people are doubtful about Apple’s capacity to succeed with these gadgets. But analyst Ming-Chi Kuo is confident in the company’s ability to succeed in the long run with these devices. He believes that Apple’s augmented reality glasses have the potential to sell 1 billion units, according to Kuo.

The bottom line is that, as Kuo previously mentioned, Apple appears to be planning to replace the iPhone with these glasses within the next 10 years. Thus this 1 billion units represents current and future iPhone customers. Who may be prepared to purchase and use these glasses in place of the iPhone. As we previously stated, none of these wearables have proven to be particularly successful, other from the fact that they have greatly touted.

It’s possible that in the next 10 years, such devices may become more widely accepted. But we’ll have to wait and see how things turn out for ourselves. In the meantime, would any of you interested in trading in your more standard smartphone for a pair of augmented reality glasses?
