Apple Shut down its Stores in France after third wave of Covid-19

France has faced the third intense wave of Covid-19, Apple shut down all its shops and stores in the country. While Apple stores in the world are usually returning to their normal situation in the world. Apple decided to shut down its all 20 stores in France, Apple Insider reported said on Friday.

According to MacGeneration, the shutdown will last until further notice. These closings include French urban centers that previously were able to continue operating during the January blockade.

The move to shop closings came the week France closed its schools for at least three weeks. Certain closings introduce nationwide in March, but now all non-essential shops must close on Saturday, April 3.

French President Emmanuel Macron announced on the evening of Wednesday that all schools will be closed for three weeks. He announces to suspend all domestic traveling for one month to fight against the intense third wave of Covid-19.

Macron said in a televised speech that we need more efforts to fight against the Covid-19. This time is very intense wave of Covid-19 epidemic.

“We will lose control if we don’t move now,” he said.

However, no data is available yet on the expected opening date.

Covid-19 in the World

The total number of Covid-19 cases worldwide has exceeded 129.4 million, while the death toll has risen to more than 2.82 million, according to Johns Hopkins University.

According to the latest news on Friday, The University Center for System Science and Engineering declared that France has the total Covid-19 cases and deaths were 129,475 and 2,826,018 respectively.

The United States is the hardest-hit country with the highest number of cases and deaths in the world at 30,538,427 and 553,120, respectively, follow by Brazil as the second worst-affected country.

Other countries with more than two million confirmed cases of the coronavirus are India, France, Russia, Great Britain, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Germany, Colombia, Argentina, Poland and Mexico, according to CSSE data.
