American star Angelina Jolie accused her former spouse and actor Brad Pitt of obstructing its joint vinification.
The Maleficent actor’s estranged spouse reportedly prevented the sales of the company Château Miraval to a third-party purchaser, according to the court records submitted on Tuesday.
Hollywood Life quoted the documents, the actor sought for the deletion of a temporary automatic restraining order (ATRO) which prevents the dividing pair from making financial decisions that may influence one other throughout the proceedings.
Angelina Jolie is “very keen to conclude the pending sales deal” and wants to “extricate herself from being business partners with her former spouse,” according to Jolie’s attorneys.
“In a family court case to split community property, the petitioner should be kept forever in hostage to being the business partners of the respondent in relation to separate property assets,” the document said.
