Bollywood megastar Akshay Kumar has been hospitalized a day after being diagnosed with COVID-19.
The actor shared the news on his social media and told fans that he was hospitalized as a “precautionary measure”.
The actor took his pen on Twitter and wrote, “Thank you, everyone, for all your sincere hopes and prayers, it seems to work. I’m fine, but as a precautionary measure for medical advice, I’m taking the hospital. I hope so. “Come home soon.

“I want everyone to know that I have a positive test for COVID-19 this morning. After all the protocol, I immediately isolated myself,” he wrote.
Hoping to be active again soon, he added, “I am under quarantine and have received the necessary medical care. I sincerely ask anyone I come in contact with to be tested and treated. Get back up soon!”
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is at the forefront of work for his upcoming film “Ram Setu” alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrat Barucha. Ram Setu is directed by Abhishek Sharma.
