Adele wears ‘posh socks’ instead of heels in Las Vegas

Adele waited months before dancing. The Easy on Me singer eschewed shoes for “posh socks” during her Las Vegas stint.
Adele, 34, began her weekends with Adele gigs at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Friday, but she’s foregone the heels to focus on singing.
Jamie Mizrahi, Adele’s stylist, told The Wall Street Journal that she wears one outfit every weekend.
During her six-month run, she will replace her Schiaparelli dress with Louis Vuitton, Versace, and other designers each week.
Her stylist said most dresses will be black, except for a glittering New Year’s item.
Jamie told the publication, “She needs to be able to move, so she needs a corset that stretches enough to breathe.” No capes or gloves.
What matters is that she can sing. She’ll only wear “posh socks,” skipping shoes. During her first weekend, her partner Rich Paul, 40, and their 10-year-old son Angelo watched her perform.
A fan said that the singer kissed Paul and her son during an emotional rendition of When We Were Young.
Adele informed the crowd that her opening night was “beautiful” and that she was “nervous” before thanking them for coming after the postponement. v
