Adele has said that she doesn’t like how embarrassing it was for England to lose to France in the 2022 World Cup.
According to the attendees of the show, the singer who sings “Easy on Me” and is currently embarking on her long-awaited residency in Las Vegas broke down in tears when performing shortly after England was eliminated from the competition.
Adele, winner of a Grammy, was helping a fan in the audience celebrate a “divorce party” at her Weekends With Adele show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace when she broke down in tears. The fan went to the concert with 13 friends after she broke up with her boyfriend. She wanted to celebrate being single by going to a concert.
Adele, who was overcome with a variety of feelings, shared with her fans, “I know all about broken hearts.” After that, she continued to cry, saying, “I got a bit emotional earlier, and now I’m really crying.” I cannot stop the tears from falling down my cheeks.
“The fact that you brought all of your friends is extremely moving to me. When a relationship breaks down, whether you’re married or not, it’s a really trying and terrible experience for both parties involved.
Adele encouraged the audience to maintain strong relationships with their pals, stating, “They are better than any man, and they are better than any lady.”
The Rolling in the Deep singer, who is also the mother of Angelo, whom she shares with her ex-partner Simon Konecki, offered this explanation: “My son is travelling today, so maybe that’s it, plus England lost.”
After that, Adele performed “When We Were Young” while wearing Minnie Mouse ears and walking around the audience with her.
