Fawad Chaudhry, Federal minister for science and technology, said that Pakistan wants relations with India to be normalized, but that it will not be possible for India to change policy with regard to Kashmir and to repeal the decision of 5 August 2019.
The Minister spoke at a press conference after a meeting here in Islamabad in which he emphasized that Pakistan cannot restore trade relations with the neighboring country while continuing to carry out a massacre against Muslims.
