The Islamabad High Court (IHC) dismissed a request to remove on Thursday the Chairman of the Development Agency for Capital (CDA) Amer Ali Ahmed.
Judge Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, during the decision, levied a fine on the plaintiff of 50,000 Rs due to wasted court time.
The Court found that the Chairman of the CDA had sent a notice of show cause to the officer for misbehaviour, which resulted in the officer challenging the President’s appointment by presenting the case.
The IHC was instructed to reduce the court’s fines from the wages of the claimant.
