A documentary on Hong Kong’s pro-democracy movement 2019 will be presented at the Cannes Film Festival, which is potentially in danger of diplomatic problems with the country.
A late submission placed towards the last day of the festival, “the revolution of our times” writes about the brutal repression by the Hong Kong administration of protests, triggered by law to extradite Hong Kong people to China to trial.
