The most fashionable night of the year is here! Hollywood’s A-listers are getting ready to take the iconic red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute for the 2023 Met Gala. This year’s theme, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” will celebrate the late German fashion designer’s legacy, who died in 2019 at age 85.
Celebrities have been teasing their looks for the event, with Elle Fanning revealing that her outfit will pay homage to Lagerfeld. Camila Morrone and Rita Ora have also hinted at their attendance and preparations for the charity bash.

Met Gala 2023 will be held on Monday, May 1, and co-chaired by Penélope Cruz, Dua Lipa, Roger Federer, and actress Michaela Coel alongside Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. The exhibition, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” will open to the public on May 5 and end on July 16.
